Personal Assistant Business Mgt & Support Team

As a PA, you support several Leads within the MT Global Communications Brand & MarCom. You are part of the Business Management & Support team and work closely with the other two PA's in the HQ team. You support multiple Leads and replace each other within the secretariat.

Roles and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include calendar management, planning and organizing, and ensuring that the Leads are well prepared for their variety of daily activities, including travel. In addition, you have an administrative role, for example within workday processes, e-profit and Ibuy.

Your profile
You bring a Bachelor’s degree in office management or secretarial education and have at least five years of experience in a similar role. Organizing, prioritizing and keeping overview come naturally to you, even when things move fast.

You work accurately, have a strong eye for detail and know how to manage your time effectively. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and you communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

You enjoy working independently, while also being a reliable team player who collaborates easily with others.
